Brief
JR Cigar wanted to revive an old editorial Magazine that had gone unpublished for decades and update it for 2022. They wanted a venue to provide value and personality for customer consumption while focusing less on advertising.

As JR Cigar transitioned to expanding its lifestyle offering and content creation, It was my job to help create the new format for this editorial and to see the vision fulfilled. I was involved in every meeting and every step of the process for 6 - 7 Issues of the magazine. In July 2023 I traveled to Connecticut to visit Foundation Cigars and was tasked with the photography and design for the main article and cover of the magazine. Every issue was different and and required a different approach.
We unveiled the new magazine in 2022 and put each issue online for customers to read. Linking any articles and products to POS pages. Each issue had a full marketing suite made from web banners to email campaigns. Each issue was printed to over 25,000 subscribers and saw thousands more interactions and sales from readability online.
